YOUR TERRAIN

We are looking for a person with an entrepreneurial mindset to seek opportunities and to take over strategic and business develeopment projects. Desirable would be an enthusiasm for holistic cosmetic.

Support priority projects of the Managing Director
You are the driving force behind the development and implementation of strategic projects in strategy, business development and more:
OKR and Project Planning together with the Managing Director
Cross-department interface between teams and deadline follow-ups
KPI tracking, analysing and reporting to the founder
Presentation preparation and alignment on deadlines within the teams
Administrative support in PR requests and preparations

How You Convince Us

2 to 3 years of professional experience, in a growth, product, consulting or business development related role and an aspiration to become a founder
Skills in project management and presentation of results to the team
Ability to execute, you can get things done fast and influence people towards a particular objective
You have strong analytical and communication skills combined with a hands-on mentality
Entrepreneurial mindset to seek opportunities to help with all aspects of the business - act like an owner with the goal to make correct and data driven decisions
You are our glue for current market trends and contribute with your ideas and analyses to the overall decision making process
You have strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize, focus on what's important and think independently about what's next
You feel confident in the German and English language

What You Should Know

Sanity Group was founded in 2018 by Finn Age Hänsel and Fabian Friede. The company now employs a team of over 120 employees in Germany at its headquarters in Berlin and its production facility near Frankfurt am Main. Sanity Group brands include Vayamed (pharmaceuticals), Sanity Science (research and production), Belfry Medical (medical devices), VAAY (CBD products) and This Place (natural cosmetics). The company is supported strategically and financially by venture capital companies such as HV Capital as well as by various business angels such as music producer Will.i.am, TV entertainer Klaas Heufer-Umlauf, football player Mario Götze and model Stefanie Giesinger.
