We are looking for a Project Manager (f/m/d) to join our multidisciplinary team to lead the delivery of our products to market, negotiate effectively and communicate with stakeholders at all levels of the business. This is a role which encourages autonomy to own responsibility for delivering the product while operating within a frame of support and mentoring.

YOUR TERRAIN

Collaborate with senior management on the strategic planning, development and launch of our products
Facilitate and manage the exchange of information and tasks between internal as well as external stakeholders on a day-to-day basis and maintain liaison with all members of the project team
Collaborate with senior management to assess and identify the right service providers and partners
Contribute to defining our market access requirements
Support in monitoring adherence to policies, procedures, regulations and industry standards
Contribute to the definition of technical specifications related to the functionality of our medical devices
Provide administrative support and conduct research, create administrative documents such as presentations, reportings, guidelines, procedures etc.
Facilitate cross-functional conversations and collaborations between management, product development, regulatory and quality

HOW TO CONVINCE US

3+ years project management or strategy development experience, ideally in an industry driven by scientific research and complex regulatory environments, such as the pharma, medtech, digital health or food industry
You have a business, natural sciences, medical or engineering related degree
You’re used to being involved on the strategic planning and operational aspects of projects
You bring an entrepreneurial spirit and take quick ownership and responsibility
You enjoy being driving force behind the success of the project
You are a great teamplayer and have excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
You’re naturally collaborative and, able to give and take feedback constructively
You’re able to navigate technical and business communications to make informed product decisions
Language: English and German (Fluent), Dutch and Spanish are a plus!
